PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of effectively utilizing an aqueous solution containing NH3 and CO2 to be separate and recovered in a biological treatment of organic wastes. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the slow-release nitrogen fertilizer containing nitrogen adsorbed zeolite including a process step of capturing the NH3 in the aqueous solution containing the NH3 and CO2 to be separated and recovered from the digestion liquid after methane fermentation of the organic wastes by zeolite, the slow-release nitrogen fertilizer, the ridging raw material containing the slow-release nitrogen fertilizer component, the ridging for rearing of the seedling for horticulture including the ridging raw material and the ridging for rearing of the seedling for paddy.
