PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase supply speed in supplying boil off-gas as fuel to a fuel cell, and miniaturize and lighten a boil off-gas treating device. SOLUTION: The boil off-gas treating device treats the boil off-gas produced from a liquid hydrogen tank 1 loaded on a fuel cell automobile driven by power generated in a fuel cell 2. The boil off-gas treating device comprises a booster 10 for boosting the boil off-gas exhausted from the liquid hydrogen tank 1 and a high pressure hydrogen tank 20 that stores the boil off-gas boosted by the booster 10 and can be connected to the fuel cell 2. The booster 10 comprises a hydrogen storage alloy tank 11, and an electric heater 12 and a catalyst combustor 13 for heating the hydrogen storage alloy tank 11.
