PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate shaping apparatus removing a defect such as a size-increase, low productivity, low accuracy, the restriction of a use resin or the like in a three-dimensional matter shaping apparatus, and a laminate shaping method. SOLUTION: The cross section of three-dimensional matter and the cross section of a holding part are developed by resin powders different in softening temperature from cross section data, wherein the slice cross section of the three-dimensional matter from the lowermost layer to the uppermost layer thereof is set so that the cross section of the matter and the cross section of the holding part become the relation of a reversal image, by utilizing an electrophotographic system and the cross-sectional images thereof are laminated to obtain a solid and, thereafter, the holding part is heated, melted and removed to obtain the target three-dimensional matter of high accuracy in a short time. |
