PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To close a joining part between a case 4 with an airbag main body and a cover stored therein by a sheetlike tying binding member. SOLUTION: In this airbag device of the present invention, the sheetlike tying binging member 10 is bonded to close the joining part 4h wherein an opening edge 4e of the case 4 for storing the folded airbag main body 5 is conformed with an opening edge 4d of the cover 4c openably and closably provided in an opening part 4a of the case 4, and a tearing part 10c is formed along the joining part 4h in the tying binding member 10. Structure of a die for molding the case 4 is simplified compared with a conventional one wherein the joining part 4h between the case 4 and the cover 4c is closed by engaging a claw part with a fixingly holding part, and a die cost is reduced thereby. |
