<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pollution and to recycle resources by recycling a plaster board being a member for forming a wall, a floor and the like among wastes scrapped as building wastes. SOLUTION: The plaster board among the building wastes is crashed to form board powder, the board powder is kneaded together with water to form a base material for a recycled board and the base material is dried and solidified to form the recycled board.</p> |
