PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal method and a disposal device for radioactive organic waste capable of performing stable oxidation decomposition to the radioactive organic waste of various compositions. SOLUTION: When the reaction speed of oxidation decomposition of the radioactive organic waste by hydrogen peroxide is reduced in the middle of reaction in a reaction tank 2, the quantity of offgas such as carbon dioxide and oxygen produced by the oxidation decomposition of the radioactive organic waste is reduced, and the produced quantity of steam after condensation is also reduced. An offgas detector 11 and a steam detector 12 monitor the formed quantity of offgas and the produced quantity of steam and send information to a control device 13 in the case of detecting a decrease in the produced quantity of offgas or the produced quantity of steam. According to the decrease degree of the formed quantity of offgas or the produced quantity of steam, the control device 13 sends a signal for supplying a catalyst again into the reaction tank 2, to a catalyst solution supply tank 5, and the catalyst solution supply tank 5 supplies a fresh catalyst into the reaction tank 2.
