PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize control in the whole plant so as to produce much products without stopping the production to the utmost. SOLUTION: After sorting used plastics discharged from industry and general home into solid type and a film type, the sorted plastics are supplied into a solid line and a film line, respectively. When each of devices divided into a group in each line, is sequentially operated in the each group, the operation of the device in the each group is controlled according to the state of a device in the preceding stage and a device in the post stage of the device concerned or the state in each group.
