<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared gas analyzer that does not require any special apparatus for taking out a reference signal for synchronous rectification and has a simple configuration. SOLUTION: In the infrared gas analyzer, an infrared light source 6 is provided on one side of a cell 1 where a sample gas S is supplied, detectors 11-13 for measurement and a detector 14 for comparison are provided on the other side of the cell, and at the same time, a liquid chopper 7 for interrupting the infrared light at a fixed period is provided. In the infrared gas analyzer, the output of the detector 14 for comparison is monitored for detecting the interruption period by the light chopper 7, and the output of the detectors 11-13 for measurement is subjected to synchronous rectification based on the detected period.</p> |
