PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint enabling introduction of a design stress on the occasion of fitting thereof, without being affected by an error on the occasion of manufacture or fitting of the joint between segment pieces. SOLUTION: The present joint is provided for the segment pieces and it is constituted of a female joint (11) which has a groove-shaped box draft portion (11) provided in a connecting face of the segment piece so that a projecting part of a male joint (40) be fitted therein by insertion and has a female metal fitting (12) that is provided with a slit (13) guiding the male joint (40) and holds a cushioning damper (20) inside, and of the wedged male joint (40) which has a web (41) so formed as to be wide with a prescribed gradient and is fitted to a joint face of the segment piece so that a flange (42) and the web (41) jut out.
