PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic expanded body with such advantages that no residue problem with the foaming agent occurs even when a combustible foaming agent is used, the water absorption properties are low, the heat- insulating performance is satisfied, the surface smoothness is obtained, and no surface dry area is seen, even when the plastic expanded body is used in a thickness as it is of a finished product. SOLUTION: In the plastic expanded body, its pore formed in the thickness direction from the surface or the aperture of the pore is blocked at a rate of blockage of 80% or more. |
