PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut and washer for solving problems specific to the usage of bolts and nuts for spectacles. SOLUTION: This nut and washer is composed as combination of a nut 1, having a tapered part 2 of a truncated cone shape formed in a bolt-inserting direction, and grooved cuts 4 formed from a head part of the tapered part 2 toward the root, and a washer 10, having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the head part of the tapered part and smaller than the outer diameter of the root.
