PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a massage cosmetic that gives effective treatment for removing dropsy. SOLUTION: This cosmetic for massage in the aerosol form is allowed to include (1) cooling components and (2) low-boiling liquefied natural gas. As a cooling component, are cited terpenes, for example, L-menthol or glycerol monomenthyl ether or the glycosides of these terpenes. Particularly, L-menthol or glycerol monomenthyl ether is preferred. By using these constitutions, a cracking form is adopted and the cool down effect can be attained with the synergistic effect between the cracking effect and the cooling components whereby dropsy, inflammation, and the like, can be suitably treated.
