PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent crushed matters produced during crushing operation from entering a gap formed between the chisel and the chisel bush of a crusher. SOLUTION: An inner coil spring 22 and an outer coil spring 23 arranged in the shape of a double cylinder to surround the outer periphery of the chisel 12 are provided between the flange part 21 of the chisel 12 and the surface of a front head 13a which forms the open face of the chisel bush 14, and a cylindrical piece of fabric 24a is interposed between both coil springs as a separating member 24.
