PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning clamp device without deforming a panel material. SOLUTION: A workpiece contact surface 10f in contact with the panel material P is formed at a tip of a workpiece receiving cylindrical body 10. The workpiece receiving cylindrical body 10 is advancingly and retractably provided with a rocket pin 28 fitted into a positioning hole H formed on the panel material P by projecting the rocket pin 28 from the workpiece contact surface 10f, and is positioned by forward moving of the rocket pin 28. Within a slit 28c formed on the rocket pin 28, clamp arms 29 and 30 are provided to hold the panel material P between the clamp arms 29 and 30 and the workpiece contact surface 10f by oscillation and reverse moving. A driven pin 32 for moving the rocket pin 28 and a driving pin 31 for moving the clamp arms 29 and 30 are provided on the workpiece receiving cylindrical body 10. A rotary cam sleeve 26 which is rotated by reverse moving of the driving pin 31 and moves the driven pin 32 forward by rotation is rotatably mounted on the workpiece receiving cylindrical body 10.
