PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide slips which incorporate an invoice and a receipt in the form of a single sheet as a delivery slip with such a function that the invoice can be released even after being attached to an article and the receipt is attached to a packaging bag or a packaging box and then has only a slip sheet to be released and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: A first slip 2 and a second slip 3 are tightly bonded to the face of a separator paper 1, in a freely releasable manner and in such a state that pressure-sensitive adhesives 5 and 6 are applied to the back of the slips 2 and 3. The first slip 2 is tightly bonded, in a freely releasable manner, to the separator paper 1 after a film 21 is stuck, in a freely releasable manner, to the back of a first slip sheet 20 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive 5 is applied to the film 21. The second slip 3 is tightly bonded, in a freely releasable manner, to the back of the second slip sheet 30 by applying the pressure- sensitive adhesive 6. The adhesive 6 applied to the second slip 3 has such an adhesive force that even after the second slip 3 is attached to the article, it can be released. The first slip 2 has a part 2 where no pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied, formed on the back of the end part.
