PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeveless undershirt for ventilation around the scrotum, preventing the surroundings of the scrotum of a wearer from getting dumb by putting the scrotum and thigh apart from each other so as to make air pass through around the scrotum. SOLUTION: This sleeveless undershirt for ventilation around the scrotum is formed into a cylindrical shape and comprises a body part 1 covering the wearer's body; wherein a scrotum insertion part 2 made of superposed two pieces of fabric each having an opening part so as to make the scrotum get out of the sleeveless undershirt to ventilate around the scrotum at the front lower part of the body part.
