PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the judder generated when braking by suppressing the swing of a rotor 2 fixed to a mounting face 30 of a mounting flange 13. SOLUTION: Mounting holes 14a are formed in a plurality of sections in the circumferential direction of the mounting flange 13. A groove 32 recessed on an outside diameter side is formed over whole periphery in a one side part in the axial direction of an inner peripheral face of each mounting hole 14a. A serration part 15 provided in a terminal part of a stud 9 is pressed in each mounting hole 14a. While the serration part 15 is pressed in, an end fringe on a mounting face 30 side among both end fringes in the axial direction of the groove 32 is positioned on the mounting face 30 side more than the serration part 15.
