PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that the flow of more water than necessary to the side of a toilet bowl causes waste of the water, because almost all the water in a water storage tank 1 flows out, when a water shut off valve 12, which is closed slowly by utilizing buoyancy, is opened by operating a control lever 10. SOLUTION: A regulation part 22 for regulating an opening angle of the valve 12 is provided above the valve 12, so that opening time of the valve 12 can be substantially shortened by mean of a simple structure and so that the quantity of drainage to a drain pipe 9 from the tank 1 can be regulated.
