PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate enabling the easy confirmation of opening or the like and incapable of being reused. SOLUTION: The laminate comprises a laminated structure including stretching layers capable of being stretched in the direction parallel to the layers and a reticulated structure layer. In the laminate, a multilayered structure including the stretching layers holding the reticulated structure layer is provided and the stretching layers are pulled in the direction parallel to the layers to be stretched and, as a result of the deformation of the reticulated structure layer accompanied by stretching, it is suitable to three-dimensionally expose meshes to the surface of the laminate. The laminate for confirming opening is used in a state laminated to an adherend and stretched in the direction parallel to the layers at the time of opening and peeling.
