PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of work by making working with the smaller force than heretofore possible in bending work of a reinforcing bar on the surface of a steeply inclined ground. SOLUTION: This reinforcing bar bending tool consists of parts of marks 1, 2, 4 and 6 of Figure 1. The marks 1 and 4 are joined and are connected to a part of the mark 2 at a movable fulcrum. The part of the mark 6 is connected to the part of the mark 4 at the movable fulcrum of the mark 7. The reinforcing bar bending tool is used by fixing the same by a mark 8 when bending the reinforcing bar upward and by being fixed to the mark 8 when bending the reinforcing bar downward.
