PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer and a printer control program independent from an OS. SOLUTION: Since a printer controller 21 determines print conditions suitable for image data transmitted from a personal computer 1 by analyzing the image data, it is not required to rely upon the OS of the personal computer 1 but any OS can be dealt with and thereby a driver is not required to be developed depending on a different OS. Furthermore, operation can be made convenient because the image data can be transferred from the personal computer 1 to a printer 2. |
