PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for ink-jet recording on which an ink receiving layer with a uniform thickness is formed. SOLUTION: In the sheet for ink-jet recording, the ink receiving layer is formed by coating at least one face of the surface and the back surface of a base material with a coating liquid comprising an ampholytic surface active agent, a cationic ink fixing agent and a binder by means of a curtain coater. |
