<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount structure of a fuel tank which can prevent the fuel tank from being damaged at front-side collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: At a rear end 51 of a joint flange 3 formed by joining a flange 21 of an upper shell 2 of the fuel tank 1 to a flange 31 of a lower shell 3, one side of a bracket 7 is fixed through a retainer 6. On the other side of the bracket 7, a through-hole 71 is formed for inserting and fixing a stepped bolt 8 to a car body 10. A fixation part 20 comprises a front part 72 of the bracket 7, the retainer 6, and the rear end 51 of the joint flange 5. A fragile part 76 is formed around the through-hole 71 of the bracket 7, and the tensile strength of the fragile part 76 is set weaker than the tensile strength of the fixation part 20.</p> |
