PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift operating device for a transmission for executing shifting operation of best energy efficiency by generating thrust in response to a shift stroke position in a shift actuator for actuating a shift lever for the transmission with a synchronizer in a shift direction. SOLUTION: The shift operating device for operating the shift lever for the transmission with the synchronizer in the shift direction comprises the shift actuator for actuating the shift lever in the shift direction, a shift stroke sensor for detecting the shift stroke position of the shift lever, and control means for controlling electric power to be supplied to the shift actuator in accordance with a signal from the shift stroke sensor. The control means controls electric power to be supplied to the shift actuator in response to the shift stroke position detected by the shift stroke sensor. |
