PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter removing lump material in cement powder during transporting by a transport pipe. SOLUTION: A filter 10 is installed in a joint 20 between a powder discharge hose 51 and silo piping 52. The filter 10 is formed into a lattice shape preventing passing of the lump material mixed in power passing through the joint 20. The lattice-shaped portion of the filter 10 is curved to the upstream of a stream of the powder from a peripheral portion of the filter. Iron rods are assembled into a lattice shape and welded to the lattice-shaped portion.
