PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably enhance reliability. SOLUTION: In this single-shaft combined cycle power plant, a gas turbine, a steam turbine 2 and a generator are uniaxially arranged, and a lower pressure side of the steam turbine 2 and gas turbine are connected to each other. The single-shaft combined cycle power plant comprises: a coupling means 21 for coupling a bearing stand 20 arranged on a base stand 12 of the steam turbine 2 and a gland part 13 of the steam turbine 2 to each other; and a movable seal means 22 for sealing the gland part 13 and a casing in the steam turbine 2.
