PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner suited for use in places scattered with paper, such as bicycle racetracks, racetracks, and motorboat race stadiums, and which is lightweight, efficient and environmentally-friendly while preventing injuries. SOLUTION: A plurality of antislip members each made of a net of thread cores with soft resin or rubber adhering thereto and which is formed into a predetermined size, are laid one on top of another and an elastic cushioning material such as rubber or resin is inserted between the antislip members to bundle the members as a sweeping part. The sweeping part is mounted in a U-shaped sweeping base part and fixed in place using a cushioning material such as sponge or urethane foam. A handle is attached to the sweeping base part.
