PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure capable of mounting a panel to a mounted member in a state of attaching panel elements on the panel. SOLUTION: A side frame member 4 of the panel 1 and a side frame member 4' as the mounted member are provided with a fixture 8 respectively having a bolt insertion port 82 and an internal nut 81 inclined to a side end face 40 of the panel 1, and fixed by a fixing means F, and further opening parts 41, 41' are formed on the side end faces 40, 40' of the side frame members 4, 4' to insert the bolts 7 astride over two side frame members 4, 4'. The bolt 7 is inserted into one of bolt insertion ports 82 of two fixtures 8, and screwed in the internal nut 81 of the other fixture 8 through the opening ports 41, 41' formed on the side frame members 4, 4', and a regulating means R is mounted to prevent the vertical displacement.
