PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional chilled water circulating type snow cooling facility requires an exclusively used snow compartment and mechanical chamber and, accordingly, a large-scale space at its site or in a building all the year round. SOLUTION: Chilled water circulating type cooling equipment is constituted in an easily movable structure by integrally housing a device which acquires cold energy to water by spraying the water upon snow or ice, a chilled water tank which stores chilled water, and a heat exchanger which transfers cold heat to circulated cooling water in a package having a compact size.
