PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably use an organism adhesion preventing pipe without causing stress deformation at 70 deg.C so as to be used under high temperature environment while using an organism adhesion preventing function made of a BeCu alloy. SOLUTION: A cylinder body 2 having a plurality of continuous cylinder bodies 21, 22, 23, and 24 made of the BeCu alloy is arranged inside a bent steel pipe 1, and the inner surface of the bent steel pipe 1 is lined. Foaming synthetic resin is filled between the inner surface of the bent steel pipe 1 and the outer surface of the cylinder body 2, and the steel pipe 1 and the cylinder body 2 are integrated through foaming synthetic resin layers 31 and 32.
