PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that risk exists in that disposal is difficult because conventional snow cornice countermeasure aims at snow accumulation, snow quality is hard and a surface is in an ice-like state since wind is stronger than that of the ground surface on a roof and temperature is lower, in addition, freezing due to snow melting, running cost and facility cost exist. SOLUTION: A snow cornice production prevention device has safety and a lower operation cost without needing any large-scaled device and without needing labors because this system removing and discharging snow at an initial time of snow fall by using an electric motor, detecting snow at arbitrary intervals or snow fall and pulling and traveling a snow removing carriage with a wire removes snow before snow quality conditions such as temperature and a snow accumulation amount are worsened and the disposal of snow cornice is difficult.
