PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the thawing and freezing of snow at the beginning of snowing. SOLUTION: This device comprises a liquefied antifreeze tank; a nozzle for spreading the liquefied antifreeze; a spreading pump; and a drive control device for the pump as one unit, wherein a single from a snow sensor arranged on a road or the like out of the unit is transmitted to the drive control device to start the pump, and the liquefied antifreeze is spread from the nozzle. A decrease detector is mounted on the liquefied antifreeze tank. When the detector is once operated, the pump drive control device is stopped, and an indicator is lighted to report the shortage of the liquefied antifreeze to the outside.
