摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low power consumption switching element which enables a large spatial operation based on large power by using attractive and repulsive force between magnetic poles while using a thin film electromagnet easy to magnetize a magnetic yoke. SOLUTION: Second magnetic yokes (2a, 2a') and thin film coils 2c, 2c', and first magnetic yokes (2b, 2b') are arranged on a base body 1a. Electrical contacts 4, 4' and a movable structure 3 in which a movable part 3a having electrical contacts 5 and 5' are fixed to support parts 3b and 3b' through spring parts 3c and 3c', are disposed on the base body 1. The electrical contacts 4, 4' are arranged through insulating layers 6, 6', however the insulating layer 6, 6' may be arranged or not if necessary. Electromagnetic force acts between a movable part end and the upper surfaces of the first magnetism yokes (2b, 2b') being the magnetic poles of thin film electromagnets 2, 2' by forming the movable part 3a as a magnetic material.
