PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic medicine for testing rheumatism, capable of accurately and clearly discriminating normal persons from rheumatism cases. SOLUTION: The diagnostic medicine for testing rheumatism is made of a monomer IgG antigen, fractionated from a denatured IgG antigen which is subjected to denaturation treatments by heat or acids, and brought into reaction with rheumatoid factors contained, in a blood or a blood serum collected from a subject.
