PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for rapid, inexpensive, and accurate analysis of water containing low-concentration dioxins of drain reference level and environmental reference level. SOLUTION: In the method for analyzing the concentration of dioxins in water, containing dioxins at 20 pg-TEQ/L or less, the water containing dioxins is brought into contact with a solid phase, having the function for adsorbing dioxins for adsorbing the dioxins in the solid phase, then the dioxins are extracted from the solid phase that has adsorbed the dioxins, and then extracts are supplied to GC/MS/MS analysis method for analyzing the concentration of the dioxins.
