PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum wheel for an automobile capable of preventing air leakage due to a pin hole in a cast part and reducing its weight and manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This aluminum wheel is constituted by joining an annular inner rim member 4 with a disc side rim part 3 of an outer member 1 having a disc part 2. The outer member 1 is formed by casting or forging, and the inner rim member 4 is formed by roll-forming an elongation material made of a heat-treated aluminum alloy. The outer member 1 and the inner rim member 4 are mutually joined by abutting friction pressure-contact W on an outer side from the center in the direction of width of the aluminum wheel. The inner rim member 4 is formed by molding the cylindrical elongation material symmetrically with respect to a central face in the axial direction and then cutting it on the central face.
