PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent molding from being defective and to lengthen life of a mold. SOLUTION: A plurality of support blocks 34 are freely removably fitted around a cavity 28 fitted on a fixing side mold 17. When the fixing side mold 17 and a movable side mold 20 are closed, the support blocks 34 are brought into contact with the movable side mold 20. In addition, a clearance CL with 5-25μm is formed between the cavity 28 and a core 29. When injection molding is performed, the whole clearance CL functions as a gas vent to exhaust a gas generated from a resin to the outside of the mold. It is thereby possible to prevent such defects of molding as a burn mark, a short shot, a weld line and a clouding from being generated.
