PURPOSE: A parts fixing apparatus is provided to firmly fix parts and maintain electrical connection between parts and slots in a reliable manner. CONSTITUTION: A parts fixing apparatus comprises parts inserted into slots formed inside a device; a fixed bridge(30) having both ends fixed to the device, and which is disposed onto the parts; and a press member mounted to the fixed bridge, and which moves and presses the parts. The parts include an extension card(19) inserted into an extension slot(15), a CPU(13) inserted into a slot formed at a board(5), and a cooling fan for radiation. The fixed bridge has both ends connected to a main chassis and the part fixed to the main chassis. The fixed bridge includes a plurality of lengthwise direction channels(34) for moving the press member in the lengthwise direction of a single component; and selection channels(35) for connecting lengthwise direction channels.
