AUTOMATIC GUIDING DEVICE OF BENDING STEEL SHEET

PURPOSE: An automatic guiding device of bending steel sheet is provided to guide the bending part into a hot leveling machine by simultaneously pushing and pressing a bending part that is generated at front and rear ends of steel sheet during hot rolling. CONSTITUTION: The automatic guiding device of bending steel sheet comprises an ascent and descent part(10) for rotating driving pinion(11) and driven pinion(12) connected to the side surface part of front frames by pins during ascending and descending of driving racks(13) mounted on the front end of an upper roll housing; a support part(20) on which driven racks(21) are mounted, the driven racks(21) together with the driven pinion(12) are gear engaged with a sliding hole(22a) of a supporting frame(22) mounted on the front part of the front frames; an operation part(30) which is pin connected to the side surface part of the driven racks(21) so that height of the operation part(30) is controlled during the operating process of cylinders(31), and which presses a bending part of the steel sheet during descending of an operation arm(33), a pressing roll(32) is horizontally mounted on the front part of the operation arm(33); and a control part for outputting operation signals to the cylinders(31) by receiving signals of light emitting part(41) and light receiving part(42) mounted on the supporting frame(22) and outputting return signals to the cylinders(31) by receiving signals of limit switches(43) mounted on the driven racks(21).
