<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder having a constitution to perform a series of feeding operation in interlocking with one rotation of a cam, and capable of normally feeding a sheet without performing the paper feeding operation in the middle of the operation, and to provide an image forming device comprising the feeder. SOLUTION: The typical feeder and image forming device comprise a sheet accommodating means for accommodating sheets, a pick-up means for feeding out the sheets stacked and accommodated in the sheet accommodating means, a separating means for separating the fed sheets one by one, a driving means for driving the separating means, and a relay means for relaying the driving of the driving means to the pick-up means. The start of the driving is instructed to the driving means when one sheet is delivered from the sheet accommodating means, then continuously the start of relaying is instructed to the relay means, and the finish of the driving is not instructed to the driving means at least until the relaying operation by the relay means has been finished.</p> |
