SOLUTION: A cleaning water volume setting means 16 for setting an estimated value of an amount of pouring water to a heated container 7 decided that a fur is adhered to the heated container 7 in accordance with the hardness of the city water to be decided and a cleaning informing means 17f constituted of an LED turned ON/OFF when the estimated value of an aound of pouring water to the container 7 counted by a pouring water volume measuring means 9 is in excess of the estimated value set by the cleaning water volume setting means 16 are provided for a user to enable the accurate time of cleaning inside of the heated container corresponding with an adherent state of the fur varied in accordance with the hardness of the city water to be used to know.
