PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying handle grip that makes it easy to carry a heavy or large carrying bag without giving the hand pain. SOLUTION: A pair of carrying handle portions A1 of a carrying bag A or a pair of carrying handle portions B1 of a carrying bag B are passed through a slot 2. Thus, the carrying bag A or B is suspended with the pair of carrying handle portions A1 or B1 locked in first cuts 3. By taking hold of the pipe-like carrying handle grip 1 including the slot 2 and curved face opposite the slot 2, the carrying bag A or B can be held and carried. Thus, the hand holding and carrying the heavy or large carrying bag does not ache.
