Laminated structure consists of polymer tape layers (3, 4) that are joined together under pressure when hot. The tapes are 30 microns thick, heated to 310 degrees C and pressed together with a pressure of 30 g. The temperature is controlled by a regulator (1) as the tapes pass over guide rollers (2). |
