PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing board with solid relief which improves durability and reliability and reduces processing cost by processing the solid relief parts after adhering solid relief parts consisted of melamine decorative sheet onto a base board, and a board with solid relief manufactured by the method are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the board with solid relief comprises the steps of adhering solid relief parts(3) on a base board(1); adhering a protection film(10) onto the upper side of the solid relief parts; forming a processing groove(5) in a certain shape on the protection film adhered solid relief parts and the base board; coating an adhesive onto the upper part of the base board and the protection film covered solid relief parts, and adhering a sheet paper(7) onto the adhesive after the step of forming the processing groove; cutting the sheet paper along the circumference of the solid relief parts; and removing the protection film on the upper part of the sheet paper cut solid relief parts. The board with solid relief comprises a base board(1) that is fabricated in a plank shape using a plant fiber as a principal raw material; solid relief parts(3) that are projectingly formed on the base board after being adhered onto the base board; a processing groove(5) that is formed in a certain relief by being processed on the solid relief parts and the base board; and a sheet paper(7) that is adhered onto the processing groove and the base board onto which the solid relief parts are not adhered, wherein MDF (medium density fiberboard) is used as the base board, and LPM (low pressure melamine) or HPM (high pressure melamine) is used as the solid relief parts, and the solid relief parts are consisted of two or more colors.
