<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of flooring, and the flooring manufactured by the manufacturing method that can manufacture the flooring of excellent water resistance and caster resistance formed by laminating a decorative sheet on the surface of a base material for the flooring such as a wood base material through a thermoplastic resin intermediate layer, stably with high productivity and high quality without causing defects such as inter- layer separation, surface distortion and bulging in a process. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, melted thermoplastic resin 21 is extruded and laminated on the surface of the base material 1 for the flooring, and pressed preferably by a cooling roller 5 to flatten the surface and cooled and solidified to form the thermoplastic resin intermediate layer 2. The decorative sheet 3 made of thermoplastic resin is laminated on the thermoplastic resin intermediate layer 2 to obtain the objective flooring.</p> |
