<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure rubber hose having improved resistance to wear and impact without sacrificing its flexibility. SOLUTION: A super high molecular weight polyethylene film in a band shape is spirally wound on an outer face rubber layer 6 of a hose body 7 to be coated therewith in the longitudinal direction and heated to be molded in one unit. It is desirable that the thickness of the super high molecular weight polyethylene film is 0.1-0.3 mm, the hardness (JIS A) of the outer face rubber layer is 60-80 degrees and the thickness thereof is 0.5-1.4 mm and the winding force of the super high molecular weight polyethylene film is 4.9 MPa or less.</p> |
