FERRITIC STEEL PLATE WITH EXCELLENT SHAPE FREEZING PROPERTY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic steel plate having excellent shape freezing property at working consisting mainly of bending. SOLUTION: The ferritic steel plate satisfies the following: the average value of X-ray random intensity ratios of 100}<011> to 223}<110> orientation groups in the sheet surface at least at 1/2 of sheet thickness is >=3.0; the X-ray intensity ratio of the 100}<011> orientation among the above orientation groups is maximal and >=4.0; the average value of the X-ray random intensity ratios of three crystal orientations of 554}<225>, 111} <112> and 111}<110> is <=3.5; and at least either of the r-value in a rolling direction and the r-value in a direction perpendicular to the rolling direction is <=0.7.
