PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with detailed and efficient route guidance information. SOLUTION: A network navigation center 10 receives present location information API and destination detailed information DI constituted of first destination data, second destination data, and start scheduled time data from a mobile communication apparatus 12 mounted to a motor vehicle via a cellular phone base station 14 and a general telephone network 16. The network navigation center 10 retrieves and computes combined route information RGI on the basis of the present location information API and the destination detailed information DI, and transmits it to the mobile communication apparatus 12 via the general telephone network 16 and the cellular phone base station 14. The combined route information RGI is constituted of both combined route data on an optimal guidance route from a present location to a destination and detailed information data expressing the distance and required time of the guidance route, displayed on a display 43 of the mobile communication apparatus 12, and verified by the user.
