BATTERY HAVING CURRENT INTERRUPTING MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery capable of interrupting a conducting mechanism. SOLUTION: A conductive bar and a terminal having chipped parts are put inside the battery and a contact is fixed on a sliding arm operatively associated with a locking mechanism. This sliding contact mechanism is built in the battery and the contact is moved into/out from a portion between the chipped parts of the conductive bar and the terminal by an arm slide. Thereby current inside the battery is interrupted by operating the locking mechanism.
