PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To square output characteristics in each channel of a signal transfer circuit equipped with input pads and amplifiers. SOLUTION: This signal transfer device is formed by arraying the input pads PAD1, 2 for inputting a signal from the outside and the amplifiers A1, A2 for amplifying the signal inputted through the input pads PAD1, 2, in mutually non-parallel directions. In the device, the values determined by dividing the lengths of connection wires 20, 30 for connecting respectively the input pads PAD1, 2 to the amplifiers A1, A2 by the sectional areas of the connection wires 20, 30 are adjusted to be the same value, and the connection wires 20, 30 have the same parasitic capacities, and a dummy wire N branched from a power supply wire 60 is allowed to cross over with the connection line 20 not crossing over with the power supply wire 60 connected to the amplifier A1 between the connection wires 20, 30.
